“I have had nothing but constant problems with the Shoppers Drug Mart I normally go to, and after finding out how expensive a new medication I was prescribed was going to be, I decided to have it sent to Costco instead and give them a try. My prescription was $30 cheaper here, and they were able to use my copay card with no problems. Everyone I have talked to has been extremely kind and helpful and my prescription was ready within a day. When I picked up my prescription the lady went over a few things the pharmacist needed me to know about storing it and double checked I didn’t have any concerns or questions, taking the time and being kind while not making me feel rushed. Shoppers needs to take notes.
Costco isn’t as convenient for me to get to but I will only be bringing my prescriptions here from now on because they are kind, organized, and know what they’re doing!”
“After not so good experience at the post office at Devonshire Shoppers I tried Grand Marais. Unbelievable difference! The gentleman, John, who works there helped me with sending my parcel and eased all my frustration I had experienced at Devonshire location.
