They said they couldn’t guarantee someone would be there that day, but they entered the job ticket and noted that I was home for the day. They showed up within the hour and it was fully repaired by 9:30am that day. Plus the technician replaced the backup battery because it was dwindling in strength with a red indicator light on. Very pleased.”
