“I have always self maintained my car that I bought brand new until recently when I started experiencing the first ever issue with my 5 year old car. I had a video of the issue where it was jerking on a constant speed and rpm was fluctuating. I took it in left it with them they tried checking it but couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They refused to charge me for their time although they had spent time on it. I’ll keep monitoring the issue and see if it occurs again. I’ll take it back to them.”

“I highly recommend taking your car here! They are super honest about the entire process. They were able to diagnose the issue and due to weather my car was in the shop longer then expected because my part was delayed but I don’t blame them for that. He stayed late just to have my car ready to go for me! It runs like brand new i’m absolutely amazed. I still have to get some other things fixed but he told me that it does not need to be done right now, can be done in the future. Will 100% return here! Also reasonably priced especially for a car like mine where it’s typically on the expensive side to fix. 10/10”

My car was the first one in this shop to be safetied under the new digital regulations by the government of Ontario, the process took a little longer than expected because of all the back and forth with the ministry, Waseem and Almas were very apologetic even though it's not their fault, and they 'took care' of me, also I feel the shop is very honest because my safety passed without any needed repairs. I will recommend my friends and family to go to their new location Georgetown when it opens in December.”

“My check engine light came on and I was concerned about making an upcoming long drive. Bob’s was recommended and I stopped by (no appointment) - amazing service! They scanned the code, checked the engine and oil and advised it was a sensor issue but safe to drive. When I went to pay they said no charge!”

“My cars brake pedal was stuck. The manual one. I was literally crying and he drove over to me (I had no CAA coverage) he drove over and fixed it within minutes. Didn’t charge me for the gas that he used to drive over. He was kind and very understanding. Gave me some advice too. I highly highly recommend. He WILL be my mechanic from now on.”
