“Let me start with, how thankful I am for Claudio and Darren taking care our family’s two aging cars over the many years. After getting frustrated with the service level and cost I was receiving from my local dealership, it was time for a change. I was referred to Caruso’s Service Centre by Toronto Tires (also a great shop). We have received friendly and quality service from Caruso’s for many years. The part I really appreciate is that Claudio always discusses the work with you beforehand, and then shows you the old parts he replaced, and the new parts packaging. You know exactly what he put into your car. He is also right next to the Clarkson Go Station which is super convenient when I need to go downtown. I know he doesn’t need this review since he has a solid 5-star rating, but I just wanted to show my appreciation. Thanks Claudio/Darren. Mike & Wendy”

“Very grateful and relieved to have FINALLY found an honest and reliable mechanic for all my car needs. I have had some horrible experiences in the past and have always been nervous to take my car anywhere, but the care and attention from Sonu and team really put my mind to ease. He took time (on his day off) to go through everything with me, give me the best advice and answer all my questions. He really went above and beyond. He then took care of all the issues on the car as promised, with very fair costs and excellent quality of work. Royal Windsor Auto is quite a lucky find for me and I'm looking forward to making them my full-time/permanent mechanic. Keep up the great works guys, we need more car specialist like you!”

“Biggest shout out to the very kind people who helped me out today. I pulled in with the rear view mirror hanging on by a thread because after getting my windshield replaced it was not put back on properly. Especially with my little one in the car I didn't want to drive home without getting it fixed. For 15 minutes two men got in the car and fixed it up for me. At no cost, they said they wanted to make sure we got home safely. I will be sure to go back there for all my auto body needs. Thank you to the fantastic, skilled and caring team.”

I took my c300 for a squeaky noise and he took a look, sent me an estimate which was very reasonable and I had my car all fixed up by the end of the day. Friendly, not pushy unlike other mechanics, he doesn’t try to rip you off and gives you an honest opinion. He tells you what you need to fix and what can wait for later. “I am so incredibly impressed with this shop! They were quick, knowledgeable, and had very fair pricing.I brought a '12 Subaru Outback in to have the wheel bearing replaced, and was expecting the usual rigmarole that other shops and dealerships force you through just to get work done, and to pad the bill. Let me tell you though, Jo Auto Service is the best, and their past reviews reflect that.When I called them first thing in the morning, they were friendly and told me to bring the car by when I had the chance. A half-hour later, I had given them the keys and Jo Auto Service hoisted the Subaru up on the lift to start diagnosing the issue. Yep, the wheel bearing was cooked!I was then given a rundown for what would need to be done, and suppliers were contacted regarding part availability and pricing. Immediately after that, I was given the option to pick which brand of part I wanted to use (differing qualities and prices), followed by a final price. We also discussed what we would do if the repair proved to be more involved than expected.After so many poor experiences with slow and uncaring shops, I was expecting this repair to take a few days. So when I told Jo Auto Service when I needed the car back, they laughed and said it wouldn't take that long at all. This was such a great feeling for me. A few hours later, I received a call that the Subaru was done, and everything had worked out; no problem!I raced over to pick up the car, and wow, it drives perfectly now! I had such a great experience here that I've already started to reccomend it to anyone who will listen to me. It's so hard to find really great people these days, and Jo Auto Service truely is the best I've been to. I'm easily a for-life customer now. Thank you Jo Auto Service; till next time!”

“This is my second Google review, and Autobest definitely deserves the 5 stars.I was looking around for good auto places in Mississauga, and found Autobest through yelp reviews & reddit. I called around a few places to get quotes on replacing my 2010 Prius' rotors & brakepads, Autobest had the best price.I booked an appointment through phone (they were flexible with appointment times) and got my rotors/brakepads replaced. Throughout the entire process, Eugene was extremely professional, and went above and beyond by explaining & repairing other issues the wheels had (which I didn't pay extra for). You can easily tell that they put customers first - I genuinely felt I was being taken care of. They don't try to upcharge you like Mr Lube does (Mr Lube quoted me $90 for an air filter that was installed incorrectly by Mr Lube employees, so I got it done for $45 with Autobest instead). I will always come back here for any issues my cars have in the future.Thank you Eugene & team, you guys deserve the best. <3”

“My father’s tire somehow got deflated. He drove his way down to this shop since it was only a couple hundred meters from where he found out his tire was flat. They provided excellent customer service and also free of charge. Check all his tires/wheels and changed a part. Man this is what good customer service should be and the fact that it’s coming from a garage even goes to show how much class these people got. I hope the owner continues to treat the employees well.”
