“Any Honda dealership charges 155+tax for diagnosing anything. Blue Sky charges 0 for brakes and suspension diagnosis. Dealer quoted me about $5k worth of work for what these guys fixed in about 2 hours and $220. Peter and his team were very polite and professional.”

“I originally started taking my MINI Cooper JCW to Columbus Auto Services because they specialize in BMW, MINI and other German cars. After seeing the quality of their work, I eventually started bringing my Kia Cadenza there as well, and they’ve now done a substantial amount of work on both cars.
Ivo, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. He knows his stuff, explains what actually needs to be done, and more importantly, he genuinely tries to save you money rather than just replacing parts or running up the bill. That’s increasingly hard to find in a mechanic.
They’ve handled everything from fairly involved repairs on my MINI, including replacing the shift cables, brakes, to maintaining and repairing my high-mileage Cadenza. I’ve always felt the pricing was fair, the work was done properly, and I was getting an honest assessment of the car.
I’ve dealt with a lot of shops and dealers over the years, and Columbus is one of the few places where I have a very high level of trust in both the workmanship and the advice. Ivo is one of the best guys you could deal with and is extremely knowledgeable.

“I had a great experience with Stinson Automotive. Derek (the owner) and Patrick, who worked on my car, were both knowledgeable, honest, and easy to deal with.
They worked on my 2009 Suzuki, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The car feels like it’s been brought back to life—running smoothly with no issues at all. It’s not always easy to find a shop that understands older or specialty vehicles, but they clearly know what they’re doing.
Communication was solid throughout, and they took the time to make sure everything was done properly. I felt confident leaving my car in their hands.

“Had a really great experience with Anthoy. My dad has been going to him since 2014, and this was actually my first time taking the car in myself since he was busy. Now I see why he trusts him so much.
I went in because my A/C was acting up, and instead of trying to upsell me, he was honest and said it’s likely an electrical issue and not worth fixing unless it becomes consistent. I really appreciated that transparency.
On top of that, my left brake light was out and he replaced the bulb right away. When I asked how much I owed, he told me not to worry about it since it was only a small job. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare.
You can tell he genuinely wants to help people rather than just make money off every visit. Definitely someone I’d trust going forward and would recommend to others.

“We were assisted by David D. He was so professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions, prior to purchasing new tires for our S.U.V. He expedited the tires to have them delivered and installed same day. It was a seamless transaction from beginning to end. We waited at the waiting area, it's clean and well ventilated, we didn't smell the rubber or any other chemicals from the body shop.
We recommend this tire/ auto shop to anyone in search for tires and other auto services.

“I called Caruso's for assistance on what I suspected was a brake issue and was helped by Claudio. I was able to drop off my vehicle the same day before close and was quickly called the next morning with a breakdown of what was needed to address the issue. Claudio was very respectful, honest and straightforward about what was needed what may need to be done as they begin the disassembly work and the approximate costs. They didn't end up needing to do the additional work, and Claudio was honest about that.
When picking up the vehicle Claudio personally showed me the worn out parts, signifying why they needed to be replaced, and showed the empty boxes of the parts used to have full transparency of their quality. He even helped to explain some function of the parts and some ways to support the health of the brakes and transmission.
Very happy with the quality of the service, care taken and transparency through the process. Highly recommended shop.”
