Although I don’t shop at Aerie often, I had a positive experience with the staff today. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated Neil’s help. I’ll definitely be back.

Christmas shopping. Had at least 6 items to purchase. And was looking to purchase more. Needed one shirt to complete an outfit for my son, but the size we needed was on the mannequin. And they refused to take it off. Said it needed to look a certain way. Therefore, they'd rather lose our entire purchase of a few hundred dollars over having a mannequin looking a certain way. The manager is ridiculous. The sales assistant Izzy on the floor was good. Tis the Season. So disappointed

i can't say much about american eagle but i always have such a wonderful experience when i shop at aerie & offline! super friendly and helpful staff and there's always a great selection of stuff to shop from.

The jeans was really nice! The sales associate in the morning I came was also wonderful. I told her i really liked the fit but i dont want to carry the shopping bag. She offered to have it shipped to my house so i purchased. On the same day, towards the closing time, i was still around the area & was on my way home. I thought since they are still open might as well pick it the items i bought since i want my husband to try on his jeans. I called before coming by to make sure the pants is still there, the sales associate on the phone instructed to just come. When i got there a different sales associate asked for the order number so showed the receipt. She said shell check at the back. 5 mins later another sales associate came asking for details again. I told her somebodys already checking & then she said she was asked by the other associate to assist me. So she checked the order number again & told me that the items are no longer there. I told them im so disappointed because i called before coming & was instructed to just come. This sales associate told me that, she wasnt the one who answered the phone. What a way to appease a disappointed customer eh. She said shell try what she can do it, this time 20 mins had passed. Wasted my time going there just to be disappointed. Note: before i came, email confirmation says the items hasnt been shipped out yet.

I wish I had asked them for their name but there were two employees (Asian with a lisp, and a woman who who was shorter and black) who were just amazing with their greetings and it didn't feel forced. They were very helpful and kind 😊 Thank you!

Recently I bought 2 sweaters but one of that had an issue of threads after wearing everything was coming of from that.
When I called them they refused that they can not do anything in store I have to call customer service but, when I visited personally ‘Tanya’ who is always so welcoming and friendly, helped me out and gave me store credit for that product.

I purchased a shirt from Aerie 15 minutes before the mall closed. When I got to the cash, the sales associate asked me for my email so I can earn loyalty points. I had to repeat my email multiple times because she kept asking me "Is it email@email@com?" (Email addresses aren't formatted like that) or just kept getting my email wrong. After the associate finally got the right email, everything was fine... until I got home. When I took the shirt out of the bag, I noticed that the associate forgot to take off the SECURITY TAG off the shirt. I was so annoyed.
The next day, I went back to Square One to get the tag taken off. Another associate took the tag off, and for some reason asked me if I wanted to return the shirt. Why would I ask to have the tag taken off if I wanted to return the shirt???
The quality of AE and Aerie clothes are great, but this specific location needs staff that have common sense.

Staff is really helpful and give the best outfit recommendations. Especially the employee named Jia helped me get a gift for my friend. She was really helpful and quickly helpled me pick the items i needed.

I came in today and had mixed up my online order’s pick up date. I was unable to pick up on the correct date as I live outside of the province. The sales associates here were very helpful fixing my mistake! Excellent customer service.

I visited offline with my friend around 7 PM. And this is what we experienced:great design, good quality, and fair prices. BUT one of the staff members was extremely RUDE. Ma'am, if you don't want to work, it would be easier to quit than to roll your eyes at customers.
