“I am so incredibly impressed with this shop! They were quick, knowledgeable, and had very fair pricing.I brought a '12 Subaru Outback in to have the wheel bearing replaced, and was expecting the usual rigmarole that other shops and dealerships force you through just to get work done, and to pad the bill. Let me tell you though, Jo Auto Service is the best, and their past reviews reflect that.When I called them first thing in the morning, they were friendly and told me to bring the car by when I had the chance. A half-hour later, I had given them the keys and Jo Auto Service hoisted the Subaru up on the lift to start diagnosing the issue. Yep, the wheel bearing was cooked!I was then given a rundown for what would need to be done, and suppliers were contacted regarding part availability and pricing. Immediately after that, I was given the option to pick which brand of part I wanted to use (differing qualities and prices), followed by a final price. We also discussed what we would do if the repair proved to be more involved than expected.After so many poor experiences with slow and uncaring shops, I was expecting this repair to take a few days. So when I told Jo Auto Service when I needed the car back, they laughed and said it wouldn't take that long at all. This was such a great feeling for me. A few hours later, I received a call that the Subaru was done, and everything had worked out; no problem!I raced over to pick up the car, and wow, it drives perfectly now! I had such a great experience here that I've already started to reccomend it to anyone who will listen to me. It's so hard to find really great people these days, and Jo Auto Service truely is the best I've been to. I'm easily a for-life customer now. Thank you Jo Auto Service; till next time!”

“I went to get a quote for fixing some scratches (and possibly a paint work) that happened in my car (Toyota Corolla) due to garage parking situation (as you might seen scratches in many cars at the rear door corner). Desmond was the person I met. I like the honesty that he was suggesting to get the polish done first (which is lesser cost) and see if I really needed the paint work (which would cost a lot). Surprisingly the polish work done was very neat and clear that I couldn't see the scratches anymore. I defintely recommend Colorworks because of their honesty that instead of suggesting to go with paint work, I was suggested to get polish done first and see the output and then asked me to decide. On top of everything, they didn't even charged any fees for polishing. This review/recommendation is not for their free service of polishing done, but for their honesty and neat work. Thanks.”
