“Rented a car through my insurance company and had a great experience from start to finish. Although a luxury SUV could not be guaranteed over the phone, it was actually reserved for me which was a pleasant surprise. On the day of the pickup, a cheerful young boy (Mark?) came to pick me up from the body shop. The paperwork was done with Michael West, who was kind, courteous, professional, and very fast. He explained the optional insurances clearly without pressure to purchase, not like many other rental companies. He even called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was going fine. Returning was also quick and easy. All staff members I interacted with were genuinely kind, trustworthy, and professional. Highly recommended.”

Nice and clean! Agent had to update my profile with address and credit card and did it quickly and was friendly.”

“Zoom Car Rental is an absolute gem! Unlike many other rental companies, their phone lines are consistently available with little to no wait time, which already sets them apart.
Sammy, the agent who assisted me, he was professional, courteous, incredibly helpful, and impressively efficient. The entire process was smooth and completely hassle-free, from the complimentary airport shuttle pickup to the flexible drop-off time.
I rented a basic car for just over a week, and the price was nearly half of what the major rental chains charge. Honestly, I was expecting something very standard for that rate—but to my surprise, I was handed the keys to a brand new 2026 Hyundai Elantra with only 36 km on it! I was genuinely shocked and thrilled. It made my drive not only more comfortable but also far more enjoyable.
What stood out most was the transparency. Unlike some companies that hit you with hidden fees, Zoom was upfront about all charges, and everything was clearly explained.
