Then, you came out to the street, checked in with me, and offered to drive me to my destination. Thanks to your help, I made it there before they closed. “I've had several very positive experiences at this location. I used to rent at another nearby Enterprise, but I've found that this location often has less expensive fees. They have always accommodated to my needs, and made the entire rental process easy. My rental is always ready when I show up, and the staff are always helpful in getting me on my way quickly. They have always been transparent with any pre-existing damage that vehicles have had, and I have never had any issues returning a vehicle with them. I will be happily renting from this location again!”

“This week. I had to rent a car last minute to travel from Sault Ste. Marie, back to Toronto (7 hour drive), with a lot of items to carry back. The best option was a car rental. Hands down, ENTERPRISE was the winner! From arranging the car by phone, picking up the car, the actual car being perfect, then the drop off here in Toronto, it was seamless from start to finish. There were no surprise hidden fees; the staff were very helpful and courteous, they called to follow up, and to be sure everything was okay, and was there anything they could improve upon. Excellent customer experience!”

“The customer service at this enterprise is unmatched. Every time I pickup a vehicle the team members are friendly, quick, efficient, and filled with knowledge. I am constantly impressed with their customer service.
The pickup and drop off processes are also super quick and easy.
The only issue is that the parking lot is quite tight when exiting so take it slow when approaching the ramps. Other than that, this place is fantastic!”
