“Highly reccomend summit ford, and service advisor Ryan Knox in particular. The front differential on my 2022 f150 blew and was leaking like crazy. Last time i brought my truck in for an ignition problem it took more than a week. Had my truck towed in at 9pm sunday and had it back 530pm monday, fully repaired and they also took care of a recall i was unaware of for me, all thanks to Ryan. Can't say enough good about him. It's so hard to find proper service guys, especially at dealerships. 12/10”

“I had a really great experience renting from this location from Friday to Monday. There were a handful of people waiting when I arrived Friday but Oscar was managing everyone beautifully and with a really kind manner. As I’d provided most of my information online before checking in, I was in and out in no time (even got upgraded due to cars available which worked out beautifully for my long ride).I got walked around the car by another colleague (didn’t get her name) and was asked to list any damages I saw, checked gas levels, super thorough. T’s & C’s were reviewed and signed and I was on my way!Returning the car was just as easy. Oscar was there again and was just as friendly. We did the walk around and charges were discussed and processed on the spot and were exactly what I’d seen up front.Highly recommend this location. I’ll be going back again for any future rental needs. Hoping Oscar is still around as he set the experience off on a great foot!”

“Patrick was amazing! My sister came to toronto for a visit and we rented a car from this company. Everything was smooth from receiving the rental to getting the deposit back. My sister left before she could receive the rest of the deposit and I held on to the receipt which is needed for refund of the deposit, he explained to us throughly and Patrick gave it back no problems! “Very friendly staff, I needed a truck during a holiday, and Canada's most well-known uhaul didn't have any option for the time I wanted within 100kms. Luckily, I was able to find this place, and I never thought I would be because this place hard to notice if you don't look for well. “Thanks to Justin Cummins the Asst. Branch Rental Manager for turning what could have been a bad day into an amazing day. I rented from the Billy Bishop location with a return to Etobicoke on Dundas W. The Etobicoke Dundas W. location wouldn't accept the vehicle because there was a minor ding smaller than the size a golf ball. The only way they would accept it was if they filed a claim or I pay for the small ding. I took it back to Billy Bishop and Justin was friendly and courteous. He handled the situation professionally and said that the ding was too small and I should not have been turned away at Dundas W. I never expected such attention to the customer. I thought I was going to have to pay $500 because most places are looking for a away to rip you off. I can't tell you how happy I walked out of there. Actually the entire staff at the Enterprise Billy Bishop location was extremely helpful and and very sweet.”

“Agreement number - 1J4RH9Before renting car in this company, i thought, that will have some troubles, as per reviews(EU card payment, unavailable vehicle, as i requested, a lot of problems with deposit: can take a few times, but no returning).But finally i did not met any if this aspect, which you can found with 1star review here.My experience:I booked car in Saturday evening via website on Monday morning(9.00a.m.)In Monday i came and spent 5 minutes only for all formalities, agreements and car settings explanations(on last thing i could spent more, but i did not need it).I drove more than 400km during the day, came back with same fuel quantity.I spent 1 minutes to get an acknowledgment, that car is perfect and got my deposit back.Unfortunately it was really hard entered to parking, because of constructions work, but its Toronto. Location really nice, near the Express.Total: i real enjoy this company, service and car.By the way they gave me almost a new car(3300km).”

“I rented a car months ago at this location. Thought I’d still write a review about my experience. Personally they were professional, and easy to rent a car from. There was no extra charges or hidden fees. The price was cheap as well. Yes the only negative aspect would be that the car was quite dirty/filthy. Other than that, I will still give a 5 star review.”
