Staff were friendly, patient and very professional, making the experience positive, enjoyable and pleasant. Selection was super easy and wide, for a graduation present, a mother’s birthday or any jewellery purchase. Found a real hidden gem here, a pleasant surprise and friendliest service. Staff worked hard, help find exactly what wanted and above and beyond. Experience was excellent and will definitely be back.

This was my first time at Charm. I didn’t have many expectations from mall jewellers. But Charm was definitely a pleasant surprise! I ended up buying myself a graduation present.
