Called their customer service, they don’t know how to talk to a customer. Asked for some suggestions, “you can check online” for all the information that’s i was willing to ask. Very unprofessional and rude customer service, don’t gonna recommend them.

Super kind, and accommodating staff.
Rented with them twice. It’s a seamless process, there’s a shuttle available to and from Pearson Toronto Airport, and they’re always great at explaining the car rental process. Highly recommend!

very bad experience. They trap you by showing cheap rentals and when you come here they charge you almost double. Line up is frustrating as well. Deposit is very high. NON RECOMMENDABLE. poor service
