“Glad we found this place. We were looking to replace an under mount kitchen sink and after being told it was impossible by the ritzy store across the street, we tried Renoshop. Catherine was amazing help and immediately assured us it could be done. She found several options for us at half the price of the “other” store. The sink fits perfectly and looks great. I purchased a hot water tank that was defective out of the box. The manufacturer's warranty process was rigid and bureaucratic, requiring multiple service calls for an obviously defective unit.
Marco saw that this wasn't getting resolved and worked with his supervisor to authorize a direct exchange in-store. I really appreciate them cutting through the manufacturer's red tape to get the problem fixed. Excellent customer service.”
