Lots of other good deals in the store. They even carry other work related clothing which makes it very convenient.
It’s a lot easier to find help here than the other hardware stores. That makes a huge difference because I don’t often fix stuff around the house so any advice I get is very much appreciated. The staff here are all so patient and caring.”
“I love Home Depot with a passion. This location is lovely and perfect for 90% of things. There’s a few managers here and all are amazing EXCEPT for Lorita. Lorita is a very dismissive and rude and impatient worker. I don’t mean to be racist or anything but her behaviour is very ghetto. She does not belong as a customer service worker much worse a manager. I had a problem with a return and she barely listened and just said we don’t do that here and LITERALLY walked away. Like that’s never happened ever to me as a customer so I was extremely shocked. The next day I came back to ask another manager, Jeff, and he explained everything so well and actually listened and helped. The answer was the same and I was so okay with it but the way it was handled by Lorita was so low class. She does not deserve her position as this company is prestigious and she has a terrible attitude”
“Purchase a 42” vanity that was a little hard to find. It was for a spare room so I didn’t want to spend too much on it. Most of the stuff I found at big box stores was cheaply made and was still pretty expensive. Found one at the Reno-shop that claimed to be solid wood panels with plywood. Called them and arranged for shipping (I live in a remote area) which was quite reasonable. When I got the unit I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was solid maple with birch plywood for the back and sides. It even came with soft close drawer slides. Even the drawer boxes are dovetailed. All for $500. I would recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a vanity.”
“Store is clean and always staffed well. Last time, I had a rep approach me and asked me if I needed help while searching for an item. Usually it’s the other way around, you having to chase and find specialists. My only feedback is that while Rona has pretty much everything, they usually lack options. Nonetheless, very good job Rona Erin Mills. Keep up the excellent customer service - this is what differentiates you from your competitors.”
“I went to two Rona stores in Brampton . very negative approach. I called this Mississauga store and Benji helped me to locate the vanity I was looking for . I confirmed that this store have my vanity , he said yes ! I drove there and ask customer service. They called Benji and I told him I am the one called for Vanity . He said yes ! With no minutes he got my order and not only looked for it but made it ready for me in cart. Such a excellent experience whereas Brampton Steeles location was discouraging us that this vanity is discontinued don’t drive to Mississauga staff is less on Sunday . Benji thanks a lot for your help and you got 100/100 . I tried to scan the code but I couldn’t make to do that. But I will always come to this Rona Store having Benji like staff there.”
