“Doors are lovely, but we were left with additional work when done.We had Grinyer replace 11 doors in our home. Communication throughout the process was minimal and somewhat unclear. The doors themselves are beautiful but our installation team and sales service were disappointing. Installation team left multiple dents/scratches in our newly painted walls, along with wood debris throughout our carpet. Our barn door was installed on the wrong side of a passageway, leaving large holes in a concrete wall. Many of the doors did not fit right. It took multiple follow-ups with the sales team to have corrective action in place. Thankfully the owner and lead installer were able to come and reinstall the doors. They now fit perfectly, as expected. They were very apologetic and addressed many of our concerns. Customer experience seems to depend on who you deal with.Updated to 4 stars from 3. Issues were resolved in a timely manner. Thank you for your assistance and communication Larry!”

“I needed to buy a sliding window latch replacement. Unfortunately, Home Depot does not sell it. The staff at Home Depot directed me to see the salesman Liam who went beyond and checked who might sell the item to make it easier for me. Based on his search, he recommended a couple of stores where I may find the item. This is a good example of Home Depot employees who go beyond to ensure excellent customer service. Thank you Liam for your appreciated help.”

“Purchase a 42” vanity that was a little hard to find. It was for a spare room so I didn’t want to spend too much on it. Most of the stuff I found at big box stores was cheaply made and was still pretty expensive. Found one at the Reno-shop that claimed to be solid wood panels with plywood. Called them and arranged for shipping (I live in a remote area) which was quite reasonable. When I got the unit I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was solid maple with birch plywood for the back and sides. It even came with soft close drawer slides. Even the drawer boxes are dovetailed. All for $500. I would recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a vanity.”

“This used to be Lowe's store which they changed to Rona+ for some reason. The store is big selling all the hardware stuff. They sell seasonal items like snowblowers during winter and lawn mowers and patio sets during summer. They also have a nice garden center during spring and summer months where you can buy all kinds of vegetable plants, manure and top soil. They also sell few types of fruit trees. You can find bbqs also during summer and lumber all year. It is a clean store, staff is helpful and the prices are comparable to The Home Depot. There is plenty of parking.”

He let me borrow his tape measure and even opened up one of the boxes as I thought one of the items could have be damaged.Thank you Hardil for taking care me throughout this purchase from beginning to end.
