“We visited both the Mississauga and Woodbridge locations while planning our bathroom renovation. Both locations had a great selection of quality bathroom products, including faucets, showers, vanities, and accessories.
The customer service was excellent, and Sheenam was especially helpful throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions, making it much easier to compare options and make decisions.
I would highly recommend Kolani to anyone looking for high-quality bathroom products, a wide range of choices, and outstanding customer service.”

“It’s fine. Any staff members planted in a location (cash, paint, orders) are good but the guys working the floor can be elusive and dismissive. Store is well stocked and there are generally good deals. Really hate the Consumer Distributor’s style system to the lumber yard (a 3 step system to buy a 2 by 4 is not efficient).”
“Glad we found this place. We were looking to replace an under mount kitchen sink and after being told it was impossible by the ritzy store across the street, we tried Renoshop. Catherine was amazing help and immediately assured us it could be done. She found several options for us at half the price of the “other” store. The sink fits perfectly and looks great. This place also has some lovely kitchen and bathroom products. Well worth it.”

I purchased a hot water tank that was defective out of the box. The manufacturer's warranty process was rigid and bureaucratic, requiring multiple service calls for an obviously defective unit.
Marco saw that this wasn't getting resolved and worked with his supervisor to authorize a direct exchange in-store. I really appreciate them cutting through the manufacturer's red tape to get the problem fixed. Excellent customer service.”

“I bought some solid core doors from these guys, they were excellent to deal with in the price was very good.
I needed a door that wasn't standard height and they cut it to the correct height for me for no additional cost.
Overall good experience, and would definitely recommend coming to these guys first before going to any big box stores.”
