“They carry everything Schlage has to offer. I found a discontinued custom lockset and matching closet handles through them. They were very fair on pricing and had my order ready for pick at 8am the next morning. Amazing and friendly staff, I will work with them in the future.”

“Grateful for very professional services courtesy of supportive team at Adam Tools. Wide range of items available to browse and potentially choose from; while assortment may not be as much for some categories as many bigger stores, there seem to be good representation of decent options across many applications including some potentially very useful items that might not be easily found locally elsewhere. Place have delightful relaxing small business vibe with inside quiet and comfortable to browse in. While some items did not appear to have print pricing labels, this is efficiently taken care of with helpful interactions at front counter where very knowledgable representative(s) look up request items or pricing and availability of other items in real time while not pressuring nor rushing such interactions. Encourage visiting if convenient and when nearby.”

“This Home Depot location is always clean, and the staff are amazing! There’s an employee named “Partah,” I believe, who really stood out to us. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. This was our second time encountering him, and he never fails to deliver excellent customer service! I hope I got his name right, but if not, I’ll make sure to find out next time! 😊 It’s always a pleasure to meet employees who genuinely care about helping their customers. Keep up the great work!”

Keep up the good work AMRE team! 👍🏽💯”

“It’s fine. Any staff members planted in a location (cash, paint, orders) are good but the guys working the floor can be elusive and dismissive. Store is well stocked and there are generally good deals. Really hate the Consumer Distributor’s style system to the lumber yard (a 3 step system to buy a 2 by 4 is not efficient).”

“I went to this Rona yesterday evening for the first time to find some household essentials (I just bought my first home.) I had a very kind gentleman named Joe who was incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable and personable. He exuded what I call 'customer service excellence' with how attentive he was to my questions (and there were a lot of them!) Upon payment at the cash, the employee was disengaged, rolled her eyes at one point and just unkind to be frank. In my opinion, if you're working in the service industry, it's basic respect when speaking with customers(kind, welcoming, engaged). My experience at Rona would have been a 10/10 until checkout. I certainly hope she is not like that with every customer because that brings down the overall morale for others. It didn't say her name on the receipt just an employee number 6005879. Thank you again Joe! You were a pleasure to converse with!”
