Staff is always so lovely here and eager to help you find what you're looking for. Now, it is 4 stars and not 5 because sadly, more often than not, I can't find what I'm looking for because it would be sold out. So their inventory can be a bit better/replenished as this is the only Hot Topic for miles and miles

Everyone was so kind and incredibly helpful today! I was able to quickly get all my Christmas shopping done and the staff gave great recommendations and were super friendly and sweet! I love this hot topic it always has the best jewelry <3
