“I just went shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding (as a guest). I am plus size and I was worried they wouldn’t carry my size but they had tons of plus size dresses (I wear 14-16, but I also saw a lot of 18 and 20s). And the dresses my size weren’t just shapeless bags. So much selection.
I was helped by Anna and she was sooooo helpful. Honestly clothes shopping (especially for anything dressy) is usually depressing but holy cow this was wonderful.
They have great ball gown/prom stuff if you’re looking for that too.

“I had an excellent experience thanks to Dan’s customer service. I came in looking for a specific pair of safety shoes, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock at this location. Instead of just sending me elsewhere, Dan took the time to recommend that I try on a different pair from the same brand to confirm my correct size. This way, he could make sure the pair I wanted at another Mark’s location would fit properly before I made the trip.
That level of thoughtfulness and attention really stood out. Dan went above and beyond to make the process easier for me and made sure I wouldn’t waste time going to another store for the wrong size. Absolutely the best customer service from Dan!!! 😊”

Fitting rooms need a refresh and more wall hangers to hang your items on while changing. Large mirror in the fitting room though so that's helpful indeed.
Employees Emily & Raj were helpful and courteous to get proper sizes and styles while trying on some clothes. Friendly girls that offered some style suggestions too!
Prestige card helps to get more discounts even on sale items so it's worth the $20 annual membership fee. Reduced annual fee if one auto renews it 1 month before the expiry date too! Cool!
Nice also that some Le Chateau items are in store now too since they were bought out some years ago by Suzy Shier.”

I got a top and a bracelet for my teenage daughter and she loved the style and material "it is so comfortable I can wear it every day" she said. I already washed the top a couple of times and still the same no color fade no shrinkage, worth the price which I think is reasonable enough. Thanks Zarwaz Closet and keep up the good work.”

“This is one of the best clothing outlets if your style resonates with stores like Laura and Melanie Lynne. You will easily find brands like Frank Lyman and Joseph Ribkoff and some niche, Canadian brands/ designers. You can find clothes for 80% off retail. It is rather difficult to find clothing in the smaller sizes (2-4) - but I understand sometimes it’s a “luck of the draw” at any outlet store. The staff is overall very nice. They are often busy unpacking, organizing clothing and running a store that is packed with inventory ( I am writing that statement in response to reading some of the comments about service). After coming here for about two years, I have become friendly with the staff and think they’re amazing hardworking women. They will point me in the direction of new inventory and offer advice when I ask for an opinion of how something looks.
Stores like this can truly help female professionals create a work wardrobe for a fraction of cost of retail - which is a game changer. They also sell very cute loungewear if that is of interest. It is truly a hidden gem and I couldn’t be more grateful to do business with them.”
