J P Auto Service is a great shop with friendly staff. The place is well maintained and highly professional. Many say the service is fair, reasonable and professional with excellent quality and speed. Appointments can be busy and booked, but the staff find a way to accommodate a wait and make the experience smooth and hassle free. The receptionist is understanding and kind. Repairs and maintenance are done in a timely and efficient manner. Prices are fair and reasonable, and the pricing is not over sold. The staff sourced and replaced rear coil springs, did oil change, and completed general repairs with a honest assessment. Many are extremely satisfied, happy and will definitely return. The service is super courteous, helpful and highly recommended.

Jack and the staff at J P are great. I've had them do work on multiple cars for me and never had any issues. A good shop will be busy and booked up, so don't be deterred if there's a little wait to get your appointment. It will be worth it.

I went in this morning without prior notice because I got into a puddle and my car was making a sound. Even though they had so many appointments, they found a way to accommodate me. The receptionist was so understanding and kind. They did a great job on my car at a fair price. Thank you so much?

Bought my wife’s 2012 Toyota Corolla. From phone call to pickup the service was professional, super courteous and helpful. Jack gave a honest assessment and competed the repair in a timely and efficient manner. Will def be my go to mechanic for both my wife and I!
