He offered helpful tips and guidance on preparing my place to move, what items I should get for the move, what he could offer me and always answered all my questions/concerns promptly. He and Paul, who was also terrific, showed up to my apartment in advance and highly prepared. They were effective and treated all my things with the utmost respect. They made suggestions regarding caring for my items and the way in which I stored my belonging in storage and clearly leaned on their experience to ensure mine was 10 out of 10. “These guys are great from customer service to the actual move everything was smooth, punctual and transparent. My move took 2 days to complete because my house was very hard to maneuver in but Nav and Kevin made sure I was treated right and not charged too much extra. Kevin was an amazing lead on my move, very cool and easygoing but a hard worker and made sure his team was on point which all helped reduce the stress of moving. I was referred to them by my cousin and brother in law who both used them and had amazing experiences.
They also gave me the best price from anyone I spoke to including disassembling and reassembling my gym equipment professionally, they actually assembled my cable-pulley machine better than the original fitness equipment installers I used! 10/10 would use them again”

“The company and staff were very professional and entire move was organized and well coordinated. They maintained the timelines as promised for both pickup at Mississauga, Canada and delivery of shipment at Dallas, USA. The actual drivers and helpers did on both locations did a great job. Would have given a full 5-star had it not been for the broken book shelf which was the only damage during the shipment; I'm waiting on the claim process.
I would recommend Hercules Moving company for cross-border moves.”

My boxes where picked up on Sat Aug 14th all in perfect condition I went a little OCD on the *TAPPING and WRAPPING* they arrived on Aug 24 in pretty much the same condition Any breakage was all on me The drivers that picked up my boxes from Quebec where very patient and answered all my questions Thanks guys I was under so much stress --forgot to ask there names The 2 guys (Saffet & Gokhan) that dropped them off in New Brunswick where as equally patient and courteous etc etc...
