“Extremely helpful for our move. Delivery and pick-up of boxes was on time, good communication before these activities. Boxes are adequate for most things and are especially good to protect kitchen items. Nothing broke in the Frogboxes but some of the items we packed in regular boxes did break.
I would definitely use Frogbox again if I ever have to move again which I really really hope I don't have to move again though.”
“The process was really easy, booking over the phone was quick and he was very thorough. We got lots of reminder emails as we approached moving day which provided me peace of mind knowing we were fully booked with them. The movers called when they were on their way, and then worked so hard for the duration of the move. It was -20 something, so cold, and I can't thank them enough for helping. They even moved our piano, and the extra fee for that was super reasonable. It was worth every penny!”

“The moving experience with Ayaz and Parvin was excellent. They were extremely efficient and professional, very nice to work with. The guys didn't even take a lunch break while working and kept everything safe. In total, ended up being a 6.5 h move for a 2 bedroom from Hamilton to Toronto which was quite good for 1.3k.
Jasleen was also great at communication and giving accurate quotes.

“2nd time using Max Movers in one year- and I am happy I chose them again. I want to thank Daniel and Isa for their magnificent effort.
While the first time I used them, I was a little disappointed the guys ran the clock on me taking a lunch between the pickup and dropoff (they took 1.5hr to get to the drop off, while it took me only 25 mins). So what should have been a 3 hour move, ended up being 4 hrs. They also showed up at the drop off location first, delaying the move by an hour. Despite this, they were careful with my things, and very were capable (at least).
This recent move was far beyond what I expected, given my first experience. Daniel was so polite over the phone and communicated with me every step of the move. Isa and Daniel introduced themselves, were very respectful to me and my Dad, and told me not to stress at all - they were right! Ask for these guys - they are strong, they will care for your belongings and they are very efficient. I have a large plant that is tricky to transport, and Daniel assured me the plant was safe, he even took a picture of it once it was in the truck to show how it was secured. These guys are experienced movers. I wouldn't hestitate to recommended Isa and Daniel.
As someone who has moved 6 times in the last 7 years, I appreciate knowing good movers. I'm glad, despite my first experience not being the best, I gave Vlad and his team a try again.”

The quote system was insanely easy over the phone, the team was right on time, wasted no time, worked hard, put stuff to protect the floors, and the estimate (even though we had more stuff than initially I had mentioned ) never went above what was mentioned.I would 100 percent use them again at this point. Better to deal with a bigger more reputable company than to sign up for a cheaper service and be in for huge surprisesdown the line.”

“Had a fantastic expirience with the Yugo team on our move. The office staff were very quick to respond and get a quote organized and confirmed with us. Pricing was pretty reasonable for a flat-rate move. Definitely helped with my cost and time anxiety.
On moving day our crew of Connor, Beliah and Garry arrived on time and got cracking immediately. I really appreciated the care taken by the time, they handled all of our things with great care and even took the time to tell us if a box seemed less sturdy or furniture was having issues so we could address it right away. They had the truck loaded in 3 hours and unloaded in half the time. Everything placed where we wanted and they even clean up the wrapping and dust. If I can ask for them specifically next tome I will.
We especially appreciated that when they realized a size constraint on our new home for a piece of furniture they informed us right away, made us aware that it might not fit and the risk of damage and even though it couldnt get in, they tried their absolute hardest and we are beyond appreciative for that
So thats two stellar moves with this company under our belt, we are looking forward to calling them again when the time comes to move to our next place!”
