Purchased a topper for a bed that was too firm for us. It is just excellent and has really improved our comfort and sleep. We had numerous interactions with John before the purchase. We really appreciate his good advice and overall excellent customer service. We look forward to our next purchase, which will be soon.

John, You are Really Amazing. Thank You for taking the time to explain the different firmness to my nephew. You are truly knowledgeable on all the products you sell. In today's world it is hard to find the level of knowledge you provided and the level of Customer Service you and Naturelle provide.

I’ve purchased two mattresses (double and queen) in a firm / medium layer mix - very satisfied with quality and service I received. You instantly notice the difference in sleep and comfort. The shredded latex pillows also help with neck pain. Definitely would recommend this company 👍.
