“When our leather chair in the living room started to break down, we decided to visit a number of furniture stores to look for a replacement. One of the first stops was La-Z-Boy on Rodeo Drive in Mississauga. Gigi was a great help in trying to help us find the best chair to complement our leather sectional. We ended up selecting a chair but we needed to go home and sleep on it for a few days.We visited a number of different furniture stores in search of other options for less money, but nothing we found matched the quality and workmanship of what we had initially chosen with Gigi.A week later we went back to see Gigi and we finalized our purchase. She was very helpful in finalizing our purchase. I would highly recommend her as a sales representative for your La-Z-Boy needs!”

“I was here at 9:30am this morning, they were still conducting their morning meeting, and after the gentleman finished speaking, the rest of the staff that has probably come in from head office were so loud. It was so hard to even go into many aisles because they were all together, probably about 15 of them. I remember saying excuse me, three times, and then I just gave up and went to the other end of the store. I frequent this store often, and have seen this happen before, and have told them at the cash register. They really should have their meeting before the store opens. Because, alot of us ladies just go into browse, buy and have some quiet time. It really is great therapy! Love this place!”

Most of the things are geared towards Chinese consumers but quite interesting for everyone in general. Right now they carry Chinese New Year ornaments and decorations as seen in the photos. “I like to visit because they have good items and their prices are competitive. However I don’t really like most of the staff, they’re kind of rude and unapproachable. There used to be a brown man here who was young and he was very helpful, and I believe the manager? who is a young asian woman is very helpful as well. They have a good selection of items it’s just hard to walk around when it’s busy, and they tend to stock during the busiest times sadly so it’s easy to miss stuff.”

We went in to order the Carole sofa bed knowing that they don’t have in stock but wanted to see the material before we place the order. She walked through all the details and quickly placed the order for us.While we were hanging around we did notice how she was assisting other customers as well and was so impressed. Surprisingly internet is not what you see. I was socked to see so many bad reviews when I came to post mine.
