“I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost 5 years now and honestly, I don’t think you can find a better pharmacy than this one
It’s not only the conveniente location and service, it’s how the staff treats people.
From Morcos who is the owner to his wife and all his employees, they are absolutely awesome.
They care about people, explain properly, have the medicine ready super quick and if for some reason they don’t have something, they will order it for next day.
You won’t be disappointed after visiting this location”
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Carl's Pharmacy has no peer from any other pharmacies. They are head and shoulders above all others no matter whether they are an independent or a chain. Nick and all his associates and staff are truly amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and always willing to go the extra mile to research, advise or help in any way needed.
Other companies could learn a lot about customer service from Carl's. If other companies treated their customers in the same way, the world would definitely be a better place.

“I switched to an online pharmacy several years ago because I had lost patience with the frequent mistakes, standing in line or arriving for pick-up only to be told it was not ready yet. The other online pharmacy was outside of Ontario and therefore I had to find an in-province alternative when I became eligible for Ontario government subsidizing of my prescriptions. Well.ca was very easy to get started with and has been exceptional ever since. Although all of my input is via the online ordering portal, if there are any questions or delays, I receive a personal phone call (a live person, not automated) to inform me and check if I have any questions. Doctors in recent years are often are not prompt in responding to refill requests, Well.ca has been very helpful in dealing with these instances also. Try them, you'll be amazed with how good the service is in all respects.”

“I stopped bothering with the big chain pharmacies on Lakeshore after finding this spot. It’s refreshing to walk in and not have to wait in a massive line just to ask a simple question. The staff here actually take a second to explain your meds—I needed a custom compound for a skin issue, and they had it ready way faster than I expected.
The only minor downside is the hours; they aren't open late like Shoppers, so you have to plan your pickup time a bit better. But for the personalized service, I’ll take the trade-off.”
