“This Pharmacy at 85 The East Mall is Hands Down the Best pharmacy I’ve had. Many years ago I was with Shoppers and thought they were very good.
Sadly after many turnovers there changing of Pharmacists, it really changes the whole Dynamics. Along with a very large chain, you lose that individual customer care.
Not with IDA PROCARE they have gone above and beyond customer care. They truly care and work hard to help .

“Kipling pharmacy is the best the owner Nancy is an individual who goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions and concerns are understood and genuinely cares about you and your family. She is also a walk in clinic so if you need a flu or covid shot or booster she can book everyone of your family at the same time rather than having to run back and forth to meet different doctors appointments and curb your times so you have more time with your family which matters the most. There is no comparison to the attention to detail and compassion she shows for everyone she deals with not to mention the dispensing fees are almost half of what the big pharmacies are on just about everything not to mention occasion occurs that your prescription is on backorder from shortages from major pharmaceutical companies she has many alternatives for generic solutions that are the same quality but usually
much easier availability while always double checking with your caregiver before making any decisions which builds trust and partnership with your family caregiver something that goes a long way nowadays. She also provides delivery so it's a win win if your unable to get there for your meds. In closing try her once and I guarantee you won't go anywhere else.”

Only downside being some items not being in stock (even gift cards) which makes going to another Shoppers to get those items (I live closeby this place)”

You don’t just feel like a number like you do at a Shoppers Drug Mart. The pharmacist and owner calls me by name and remembers me when I come in.
