“found this place randomly and called in to see if they were open or not. the person who answered was super cool! he asked me if i knew their address, explained how to easily find them. and when i hang up they send me a text message with their name and exact location! best service ever! definitely recommend this guys to others!”
“Rajnit helped me make a decision of if I should use uboxes or storage, for now I’ll be renting storage. But she helped me figure out my next steps. I will be renting a one way truck to move my belongings after I store with U-Haul for a few months. I would’ve done ubox but I need to access units often! We love the help here”
“The lady who processed my reservation, her name is bubble. Very professional and accommodating. Helped us even when the system was down. Found us a solution to our problem in very quick time. She deserves a raise and promotion. Best customer service rep I have ever been in contact with.”

“The equipment and service was good. But the amount of signage that exists is overwhelming.. especially for after hours drop off. I figured it out, but it wasn't as simple as I would have liked.”
