The staff at this location had great customer service, I had a smooth experience with U-Haul storage from start to finish. The facility was clean, secure, and well maintained, and the staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly explained, and accessing my unit was always easy and convenient.
What really stood out was the customer service—they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I felt confident storing my belongings here. Pricing was fair, transparent, and there were no surprises.

“Staff are welcoming and helpful and they go the extra mile to get you what you need. The store has plenty of selection and I always find exactly what I need.
Edit: The last 5 or 6 times I've been here, the staff have been heard cursing / swearing loudly - often with children in the store. Maybe not a huge deal to some, but this is a workplace, with kids present - sad to hear this going on.”
