“I have been shopping with qtrex for over 28 years. They must be doing a great service because there still in business for over 35years or more. Do you guys think some of your issues could be the slackers in jamaica or the other countries. Yes it is. Especially jamaica. Qtrex filled up the container once it's filled it gets send off. Don't think because your barell gets picked up on Saturday it will be shipped in Tuesday. The containers have to be filled and the ship has to get paid fuel plus inspection. Once the shipment lands in jamaica it has to be unload. The slackers in jamaica take there precious time. So be patient people. Qtrex does a wonderful job. I will continue to ship with them. Anyone wants to ship wait until spring. Jamaica is a complete mess. As if they weren't already. Blessings people take it easy on qtrex they do there part and a outstanding job.”

Their rates are excellent, and the service is consistently reliable. I especially want to acknowledge Yashika, who is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to guide me, whether it’s about tracking shipments or handling CUSMA-related matters. Her professionalism and kindness make every visit pleasant.
Although Chit Chats doesn’t have a mobile app, their website works perfectly, it’s easy to create labels, and tracking updates are always accurate and timely.
I truly wish them continued success. The Mississauga location is just a 10-minute drive from my home and very convenient, especially since they’re open on Sundays until 1 PM (closed on Saturdays). Highly recommended!”
