“Every time I have used the UPS store by High Park I have had this wonderful sense that the family who runs it care as much as I do about my items reaching their destination safely. They've treated my parcels like it's their own family's Christmas gifts. Yesterday I needed to send some valuable gift cards to someone and the owner asked all the right questions to make sure we could account for how the delivery would happen to make sure they wouldn't get stolen from a mailroom on the other end. In this case requiring a signature was the smart move. Today she called me to let me know when the envelope was out for delivery, so I was able to let the recipient know it was on its way. Totally above and beyond. I really appreciate this kind of service so much.”

“I needed passport renewal photos taken, and the man who helped me was extremely courteous and professional. He took several photos, and let me check and confirm before I selected. Many other places will just take one and not let you have any say if it's good or not, but when he didn't think the lighting was good enough, he kept trying until it was sufficient. Also, it was less than $15.00, after tax; lots of other places charge +$20.00! Thank you!”

The professionalism demonstrated in taking all items from my home and then to ensure that it should reach my destination point Victoria, BC intact. They arranged items in stacks and segregated fragile items, brittle, heavy items etc. in order with awesome shockproof and waterproof packing. The services given simply exceeded all my imagination. A fantastic job was done by them.”
