“My father’s tire somehow got deflated. He drove his way down to this shop since it was only a couple hundred meters from where he found out his tire was flat. They provided excellent customer service and also free of charge. Check all his tires/wheels and changed a part. Man this is what good customer service should be and the fact that it’s coming from a garage even goes to show how much class these people got. I hope the owner continues to treat the employees well.”

No joke.My BMW G30 had a nail in the rear tire (conti-winter-runflat) Saturday morning.They said they’re swamped but I can drop of car Monday and they’ll patch or replace with identical star marked tire.I went to BMW to see if there was anything faster they said they won’t patch at all but tire is available for a lot more money in 5 days.Dropped car off at tire23 on Monday and they knew I was expecting to have it replaced, yet they patched it anyway. By noonish.As an added bonus the price was a flat $70 after HST. I then discovered that their liquiMoly RaceTech 10W-60 for my M car is way cheaper than anywhere else and bought 10L. Sonax cheaper also!Love these guys!”

Even when doing a simple oil change and tire swap they will take the time to ensure the brakes etc are good and point out work and maintenance that might need immediate attention to avoid more costly breakdowns later or let you know if it can wait.This is important because I recently had my winter tires swapped elsewhere at my neighbourhood shop for convenience and shortly after found the brakes noisy because were totally worn and almost unsafe plus front end worn so I will definitely take the time to go to Bloor West Auto for all jobs big or small to keep my family vehicles safe.
