“Great service! William was amazing, he was honest and helpful. I bought a used car and had them change the timing belt. The timing belt cost was significantly less than what Honda and other mechanics were charging. I ask if they can do an inspection as well, and they did it free of charge since they were already doing the timing belt - normally it would cost $165. They found that my car was not properly safety and outlined what needed to be fixed. 10/10 - will go back again.”

I always feel heard and seen when I take my cars there. They only use the OEM parts, take time to explain the repairs to me and truly go above and beyond.
Several times I've been talked out of doing unnecessary work on my car - thank You Tube lol.
This last service I had done, they even washed my car for me.
I love that they don't have a secretary because I get to speak to the people working on my car when I call to make an appt or need guidance.

“It was a very snowy day & the wheels needed torquing…so who did I call? The manager answered the call and said they were closing in 10 min, but I could get the wheels torqued, as I do a lot of driving.
He even showed me how to check whether the tires were truly brand new that I had recently purchased. I just mentioned that I paid for new tires, but once I saw them, they appeared like they had been used!
As long as you are not a racist, you will like the brand new tires in shop & car accessories they carry at this store.”
“About a month ago I went in during the week after I found out I had a flat tire on the weekend. The employees there were very professional, there was a bit of a wait but their lounge is comfortable and there is a window in view of the mechanics bay to see when your vehicle is next. The patch is still holding on my tire and they updated my TPMS sensor, no charge.
I drove over today when I wasn't able to fully install my engine air filter. The employee working reception came out and was able to sort it out in 5 minutes without charging me anything.
Great customer service, couldn't recommend this location enough. Will be going back for anything tire related.”
“I don’t live in the area and ended up with a flat tire, but National Tire was fantastic to deal with. They were fairly priced, very accommodating, and provided quick, friendly service. “We were assisted by David D. He was so professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions, prior to purchasing new tires for our S.U.V. He expedited the tires to have them delivered and installed same day. It was a seamless transaction from beginning to end. We waited at the waiting area, it's clean and well ventilated, we didn't smell the rubber or any other chemicals from the body shop.
