“I was in desperate need of Runflats which 99% of the places have to order in. Since I had a slow leak in 1 tire and a slash on my back tire it was very dangerous to drive. I called Factory Tire they informed me I could still drive the car there, just avoid potholes, bumps and drive slow. I called in asked for 4 Runflats, had them there in 2 hours 30 minutes later my new tires were on. The price was beyond reasonable and great Customer Service! What an Excellent experience!”

“The air pressure sensor light came on in my car, so I called the first tire shop that was close to where I was. I’m sure glad it was Kipling Tire!
The customer service here is fantastic, and the whole team seems incredibly efficient and well coordinated—from the folks up front who handle your intake when you pull up to the garage, to the cashier on your way out. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional.
They patched my tire and, importantly, showed me the nail they found. As a female, I really appreciate when mechanics actually take the time to show me what the problem is, but I honestly didn’t expect that level of service for a simple tire repair!
They also showed me how to reset the tire pressure sensor. The last tire repair place I went to didn’t explain that, and it took me a while to figure it out myself - after rechecking the pressure because I erroneously assumed it would go off on its own.
I went in expecting a quick tire repair and left genuinely impressed by the service. I would definitely recommend Kipling Tire!”
