Today is Tuesday November 7th the lady is rude as hell it’s 4 am and she told me go to another store. She started yelling at me. I came here at 4 she told me come back at 4:10. I came back at 4:12 she started yelling saying she’s not ready if I can wait I must go somewhere else.

I'd write to Relay directly about this if I could find contact info... I purchased a Logiix World Traveller Universal Adapter at Pearson for $40 (advertised online at much lower prices). It is an INCREDIBLE piece of junk, fragile, poorly made & didn't fit the European outlet properly. My complaint is that I KNOW that there are good quality adapters out there (the one I forgot at home, the replacement I bought in Europe...) so why is Relay selling this garbage? For the same price you could be selling something of reasonable quality that actually works. VERY disappointing.

Trying to buy some reasonably healthy snacks to take onboard a flight to Winnipeg. One cashier only on duty doing the very best she can but way too many passengers dithering around picking Lotto tickets with no regard for the long line of customers waiting to pay for actual goods. I gave up as did several others.

These guys all across pearson should be charged for price gouging. I get it that its an airport so things can be a lil pricy, but $4.49+tax for a nestle bottle is robbery. Plus people working here have the saddest faces.
