I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff at Terminal 1. I purchased some items and needed assistance, but the staff completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to respond. This level of service is unacceptable and has left me very unhappy.

The first pair of headphones I bought didn't work. I went back to the shop and they had an open box pair that worked perfectly. Saved my boredom on a long layover!!

Selling shoddy products. The lids on Canada True maple syrup are over tightened, causing leaks through the cap. Shitty quality.
