It is obvious that your professionalism and leadership guides staff who work with you.My son informed me that he couldn't locate his Air Pods telling me that he had placed them in one of the boxes I use to return empties in error. While I was certainly hopeful when I called the store, I wasn't holding my breath. Low and behold, Jake informed me that one of his staff handed them in and he had them in his office. He returned them to me and refused to receive any compensation, suggesting that the only donation he would receive is that for Leukaemia, which is supported by The Beer Store. I am thankful to the staff at this location for returning to me something that was so carelessly discarded in error.
