“I reserved online, spent less than 5 minutes at the service desk picking up keys, and was climbing onto the rental in minutes. The car was new and had no issues. Dropping off was easier. Park, keys in drop box. Invoice in email box.

“During our visit to the area we rented from Budget at the Hamilton Airport.
The vehicle we had booked was not available when we arrived, but the gentleman at the desk provided us with an upgrade at no extra cost. They provided excellent service, were very fast, and friendly.
All costs were upfront, nothing hidden. Be sure to fuel up before returning vehicles, as they do charge quite a bit per litre if you don’t. There’s a gas station just up the street from the Airport.
They did not have any restrictions with the vehicle regarding where it could be driven. We were able to leave the province, as well as travelled to the USA.
I recommend using this location if you are in need of a rental when visiting the area.”

“When flights are delayed past Enterprises opening hours they accommodate and make sure someone is there when you arrive. Making changes to your reservation on the website failed. The site couldn't just transfer the applied points and kept kicking out the changes.”
