“FIrst time customer. Brought my Ram in for servicing. Beyond oil changes it had not seen service since my purchase 2 years ago. Ben explained everything in great detail. He followed up by phone regarding wear and tear on my brakes. I was in at 8:00 and my car was ready by 2:30 - all inspections done and brakes fixed. And at the pricing quoted on the phone (no surprises). I recommend these folk. Warm and friendly customer service.”

“I rent from Enteprise 1-2 times a month either for work or personal use. This location is my go-to Enterprise location in Hamilton because the staff and systems are the most organized compared to other Enterprise locations in Hamilton. The manager, Mitesh, is also great in providing white glove service to people like me who are Enteprise Plus members. My preference is to always book an Elite vehicle and Mitesh always makes sure it’s ready for me when I arrive and that I can contact him directly if I have any questions or concerns.”
