“Rented from the Rymal & Upper Ottawa office. Very smooth transaction. I also used the pick up and drop off service - both gentlemen that drove me were friendly and on time. And both, unprompted, shared how much they loved working for this Enterprise, what great employers they were and how well run it is. Awesome to hear!”

“Purchased a 2 year old F150. Sales team at Eastgate Ford were helpful and friendly. No push tactics. Such a great stress free experience purchasing something of significance in price and the team not trying to push extras on me. Let me know all my options and the benefits of the add ons available. Definitely recommend Eastgate Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.”

“Had a great experience dealing with Nick at DeWildt. I had a pretty specific idea of what I was looking for, and Nick was awesome about keeping me in the loop whenever something came in that he thought I might be interested in. He never pressured me or tried to push me into something that wasn’t right. He just stayed in touch, answered all my questions, and let me know when the right vehicles showed up. Eventually the right Jeep came in, and I knew pretty quickly it was the one. The whole process from the test drive to picking it up was easy and straightforward. Nick was great to deal with the entire time, and I’m absolutely loving the Jeep. Definitely recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a vehicle at DeWildt. Thanks again, Nick!”

“I found Ali to be very accommodating. He picked me up and dropped me off the following day. This is a independent rental business and not a corporate owned. Which the personal attention is evident. Ali is a very nice individual. I will be renting there again and highly recommend Pact Auto Rental for anyone needing a vehicle in the Hamilton area.”

“Smooth rental experience for us. Was at the counter at 6pm on a Wednesday. Our first car had a smell so we swapped it out without hassle. Dalton was behind desk and was very calm and chill. Rental desk is inside the airport by the main doors. Then you walk out to the lot to pick up your car. I am hoping the return is also flawless.”
