“We rented a car from Enterprise through Costco and picked up the car at John Munro Hamilton Airport. The advantage is that their counter is just steps away from the baggage carousel.They upgraded and gave us a fancy Volvo XC-40 for no extra charge. Nice set of wheels, the car was spotless and a smooth ride. The price was very good.Nitesh at the counter was very helpful. Our flight was delayed and they did not charge us extra for dropping off it an hour later.Drop off was very smooth.Would highly recommend using them would rent a car again from them.”

“The 4 stars are for the staff only. We had an issue once with the manager he was rude on the phone but the customer service agents at the airport are amazing. They made sure our next visit we would be satisfied. The gentlemen was constantly asking if we were satisfied with the service.Normally I get a discount from national and get the vehicle I book. The only thing I wanted to suggest is that maybe they would pay more attention to cleaning the cars in and out. You can always see it’s a quick clean up and cars are sent off to the next client as they go. If they could clean the vehicle a little better that would be great. When you rent a vehicle for 500$ a week you should get a nice clean shiny car! Thank You staff!”
