Found Access Auto, crossed our fingers, and took it in.First off, super friendly service, they actually listened to what we thought was wrong with the car without rolling their eyes or being condescending. Bring a woman, I get that a lot... even though I worked at an auto repair shop for a few years.The vehicle was repaired correctly the first time (had issues with other vehicles at other shops needing multiple trips to "figure out" the issue) at a reasonable rate.The diagnostic is sent to you to see what is wrong and everything is above the board so you can make an informed decision.Would absolutely bring my cars back here and would recommend to anyone in the area.”

“Have had my car repaired at "Punch's" place a few times. He does work alone so sometimes it takes some time to fix. He always does go out of his way to find a solution, even if it's to take it somewhere else. The man is in his 70's now and is not in the best of medical condition so you have to be patient and understanding. As well he does have a sense of humor that others may take offense to but I assure you he means no disrespect. He also has the best prices in town and would never pad his estimates. You can even buy your own parts saving you tons of money and he'll replace them for you no questions asked. He's an old time mechanic and not a technician so sometimes things are over his comfort zone but he'll be straight with you on what he can and can't do. Thanks "Punch" for all you've done for me. And no this review isn't from a relative, bot or paid for. :)”
