“My Honda odyssey alternator die on the 401 when returning to Montreal after vacation. We barely had time to take the exit to Napanee before the car stop completely. We call them and they take us to fix the problem. 2 hours later…… alternator replaced and we can make the trip back to Montreal safely. WOW Best experience ever Thx again Access”

“I've been taking my vehicles to this shop for the past 5 years and have always had a great experience. Paul and Tim are great service advisors and always make sure I am informed on the repairs that are needed. I've had tires, brakes, exhaust work, spark plugs, and suspension work all done well at this shop. Recently, my car broke down in Kingston and I had it towed back to Garrows to fix the exhaust system. It arrived on the tow truck at 11am and Garrows had the vehicle fixed by 3pm the same day. Fantastic service. I will keep coming back to this shop.”

“Very Happy with the work I had done. New hood, headlights and fender repair. Great communication and went above and beyond to remove all the bugs from my grill and clean interior mats. Highly recommend”

“I am new to the area and I was in need of some repairs. I have tried a few other shops locally and I was frustrated with the expensive quotes and repairs I was receiving from other shops. So I decided to search and read some reviews. And I found this place. I had heard he had a reputation for being an honest mechanic with a great sense of humour. Well let me tell you I was not disappointed!! Everything you read in these reviews is completely accurate the guy is honest and funny and knows what he is doing. He saved me a bunch of unnecessary repairs quoted by other local shops. His prices are lower than any where else. He fixed my car and had me back on the road before the end of the day. Reminding me to keep my receipt for parts for warranty reasons. Because in the future if the parts needed repair or replacement he would not feel comfortable charging me again for them. Like other shops do. And he is rite, they do.. all the time. I am truly grateful ?? places and people like this still exist! Thank you kindly. You will definitely be seeing me again and anyone I can happily refer to you!.”
