“I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful the staff are at Wallace’s. I had called their pharmacy asking about antibiotics my boyfriend needed (long story short, he was suffering from a sinus infection and his family doctor prescribed antihistamines instead of the antibiotics he needed) and after a short discussion with the amazing woman in pharmacy, she had redirected us to an online service where he could get his antibiotics and receive care his family doctor couldn’t give him. I cannot express how amazed and happy I was after getting the help over the phone with them, and the staff are the most kind and supportive people I have met at any pharmacy. I would always suggest Wallace’s as a pharmacy to anyone! The other staff members who do not work in pharmacy are always a joy to meet and talk with as well when we go to buy our bag tags, it is truly a friendly, caring establishment that always makes me want to go back. Thank you for all your hard work! The community appreciates it!”

“Booked flu and covid shots on-line xmas day after discussions with family. Scheduled them for Boxing Day. Booking process was very efficient. Received confirmations and multiple reminders. It was not crazy busy on Boxing Day, but the Pharmacist did have to do some juggling. He was calm, efficient and very personable. Thank you.”
