He is hopelessly disorganized. He might mix up your shoes with someone else's. He might not have your shoes ready when you go to pick them up, and will get hostile if you point out that he had promised to have them ready by a certain date.

I went today to get my dress trimmed and not only the lady was extremely mean and not welcoming, she wanted to charge 35 dollars for simple trimming and I informed her that I bought the dress for less than 30 dollars and the price is outrageous! Never recommend her due to her attitude!
