As someone who has previously worked as a sales associate in retail, I do understand the frustrations when it comes to rude customers. However, the experience I’ve had with the employees at this location has been poor. Quite often I’ve come in to the store and had trouble finding a size or a specific garment due to the lack of knowledge (and perhaps a bit of laziness 😬) from the staff. Once again, I know that people have good days and bad days, but with our current unemployment issue we have going on now… you’d think they would hire people who are actually willing to put in the work, regardless of the job being minimum wage. It’s not a fun job, I get that! But at least SOME effort would be nice.

Small selection compared to online, hard to tell what sizes most things are, rude customer service. Overall not a great experience. Clean change-rooms though and no wait, which can’t be said for all stores in Bayshore. Found a pair of pants (full price in store) but then checked the GAP website and they were super on sale, so just bought them online and in tall, saved $75.

We attempted to exchange some baby clothes that were gifted to us by friends for our baby. We brought them in the condition we received them, having never used them. Unfortunately, we did not have the receipt. A middle-aged female employee at the store was quite impolite in her refusal to exchange the clothes. Her manner was as if she were the owner of the store. As a result of this experience, I am unlikely to make any future purchases at this location.

I usually visit this location to either try on stuff before ordering online (better prices), or to return online orders. A number of staff are quite rude, I prefer the Rideau location.

Girl named Alia was really very rude. Don’t ever go there if she is working. Idk if she was having a bad day or she actually has this attitude towards customers, but whatever the case is, the way she behaved is not acceptable.

I would put 0 if there was one!! Terrible manager with the worst attitude and managing skills ever!! She cannot even put on a smile for customers. What a shame!

The rude sales person in the store couldn’t wait a minute while I was looking, we picked several items … guess what : we dropped everything and didn't buy any !! The store was empty and her priority was the spot where we were selecting …Monday june 12 , 2:50 pm , bayshore location

Sick place for employees as well as customers. They don’t give offers until the customer asks for. They think it’s a jewelry shop and things there made of Diamonds. Worst customer service even by the Manager.

One of their employees, I think she said her name was Safa? Safia ? , was very helpful and kind , even made my daughter laugh which she doesn’t with strangers ☺️
