Pet Valu
Village Square Mall, 1581 Greenbank Road Suite 14, NepeanI often bring my cat to the nail clipping event offered on the first Sunday of the month. For a donation to stray cat rescue I’m able to take advantage of a wonderful service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store offers a variety of food and supplies and is a cheerful place to shop.

Centrepointe Animal Hospital
261 Centrepointe Drive, NepeanThe posted reviews are not for the Centrepoint Animal Hospital in Ottawa. Reviews refer to a dr not at the clinic and “vets”. It is a privately owned clinic with the owner as vet. These reviews are for another clinic perhaps in the states but definately not the Centrepoint Animal Hospital in Ottawa.

PetSmart
1585 Merivale Road Unit 3, NepeanNatasha at PetSmart is seriously the best! I have a Keeshond, so dealing with all that thick fluffy fur isn’t easy but she did an amazing job. My dog came home looking SO fluffy and clean You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and makes sure they’re comfortable I’m so happy I found someone I trust with my baby highly recommend her for a groomer! 💕

Cat's Pajamas Feline Grooming Studio
200 Kennevale Drive Suite 202, NepeanI bring both of my cats here and it is always amazing service. Brit is such a talented and great groomer, especially to my cat that used to be skittish. She takes the time to groom and trim my girl and she is always so happy when she comes out of Cat’s pajamas. I am more than happy with the services provided by Brit every time I visit with my cats. Thank you for your great work as always.

Pür & Simple
3101 Strandherd Dr #2, NepeanYusuf was an absolutely fantastic server! I haven’t experienced such great customer service since I was in Japan, and Japan has some of the greatest customer service in the world. He was energetic, helpful, and funny 100/10. I got the keto meal and the veggies were fresh and perfectly crunchy. The bacon was crispy (just how I like it), and the scrambled eggs were perfectly scrambled. I will definitely come back again, especially if Yusuf is my server. Give him a raise!

Carmelito Café
605 Longfields Drive, NepeanA very unique place. The coffee and pastry were great. The service was mediocre. We were a group of five. After ordering, some of our orders arrived at the table. Two paid items were simply forgotten. After waiting half an hour we had to send someone to the counter to prove the items were paid and request they be prepared. With a restaurant only half full I expected better service.
