1585 Merivale Rd Unit 3, NepeanI want to take a moment to shout out an exceptional groomer at this location, Teegan. She is the only groomer my pup wags her tail for. Teegan gives extra care to our elderly dog, and we specifically look for her to be available for every groom on our girl. She is kind and courteous, gives meaningful feedback. Teegan gives a genuine level of CARE that isn't common. Teegan deserves to be rewarded for the level of attention and care she gives not only to pets, but to their people. Thank you!

She takes the time to groom and trim my girl and she is always so happy when she comes out of Cat’s pajamas. I am more than happy with the services provided by Brit every time I visit with my cats. I haven’t experienced such great customer service since I was in Japan, and Japan has some of the greatest customer service in the world. He was energetic, helpful, and funny 100/10. I got the keto meal and the veggies were fresh and perfectly crunchy. The bacon was crispy (just how I like it), and the scrambled eggs were perfectly scrambled. I will definitely come back again, especially if Yusuf is my server. Give him a raise!

The only reason I am removing a star is simply the confusion on why we are asked to tip, if the staff don't bring you the food and drinks? It's not the staffs fault, and tipping culture is getting pretty out of hand, but I just think with the amazing vibe you have built, a nice touch would be for the staff to bring you your drink and food, and clean up when you leave. Your establishment is so well thought out that this extra touch is the reason why we would keep coming back. Just a thought!
