I am very disappointed with the level of service at this branch. The inconsistency in customer care and apparent management issues are concerning. This location does not reflect the professionalism and efficiency I have consistently experienced at other bank branches. Immediate improvement is clearly needed.

Tried to get my grandmas will done and they had no idea what they were doing even when my forms tell me to come to Scotia and to put the forms in transit through them. The employees are actually clueless
