Store doesn’t answer the phone. Called numerous times and tried reaching different departments as well as customer service just to get a hold of someone. I actually wanted to leave a nice compliment for a staff member. It’s a good thing I didn’t have a complaint because this would have made it worse.

Since they moved the shipping to the back of the store, this location has become even more useless than it was to begin with. Before, you’d wait 10ish minutes at the copy centre for 1-3 (extremely rude and unhurried) staff to help you. Now, they have a terrible setup at the back of the store with a maximum of 1 staff being able to help. You wait 30+ mins for someone to simply scan your items even if they’re fully labelled. This new setup is ridiculous. I’ve been driving across the city to another location and I won’t be coming back until this is fixed.

Went to exchange a printer cartridge spoke to 3 people and they said I had to wait for Carlos the manager. Waited for 15 minutes to speak with him and he never came. It was a simple exchange or refund. No explanation and left. Not impressed with the customer service at all.

We went there to get films for my camera we saw they have 4 in the store we did not find them we asked the manager and he went and looked then he was like we don’t have but even his system shows he have 4 in the stock

At here they don’t take babies passport photos anymore. We’re waiting in line for sometime but no one informed that they changed the rules ? at least they could have put on a poster inside

This location is SEVERELY understaffed. Even with the shipment counter moved to the back of the store, the wait time at the Solution Shop is way too long. I waited 20+ minutes in line to pickup an order that was already paid for. Unacceptable.

I am incredibly disappointed with my last visit at the Staples in Barrhaven. I had placed an online, same day printing order for a simple document to be printed and coil bound. The order was placed on Sunday August 25th. I went in on Monday the 26th to pick it up and long story short, I had to go back 5 times because they couldn't find it and then when they remade it, they kept doing it wrong, backwards, upside down and so on. Finally on Sunday September 1st, I went in again to find that it was again done incorrectly. The store was insanely busy and the poor girl (Amisha) working in the print center was all alone with a crazy "back to school" line up. Amisha was so sweet and so embarassed for the terrible service I had received. She called another girl to come help her with the lineup as she worked quickly and efficiently to finally print and bind my order properly. She was hard working, respectful, polite and calm, despite the business of the store and the obvious lack of staff for the busiest time of the year. The manager Moe, kept calling her to come and help at the front cash but she was telling him that she couldn't leave the print department because of the lineup and the fact that she was still completing my order. Moe eventually came over to her and I was completely disgusted with how he treated this poor girl. He spoke to her rudely, was incredibly condescending, spoke to her like she was so beneath him, and he was scolding her like a little girl in front of all of the customers. He even loudly said to her "just wait, we are going to talk about this later!" I tried to explain to him that she had been helping me and all of the other customers in the long line and that she was displaying amazing customer service. He then had the nerve to put his hand up to me and say "I'm not talking to you and I don't need to hear you!" Amisha was mortified and Mr. Moe is lucky he didn't get an earful from me. I felt so bad for Amisha who remained calm and continued to smile and serve people politely despite the verbal abuse and scolding that she had just publicly received by her so called manager. As a manager, he should be treating his employees and customers with way more dignity and respect, even when the store is incredibly busy. Being overwhelmed with a busy storefront is not an excuse for people to be treated that way. Thank goodness for Amisha and her great service! She is a huge asset to your store and Moe should be apologizing and treating her accordingly. Hopefully, my next visit is more successful. I give Amisha a 5+ star review but unfortunately, what I witnessed left me giving Moe 1 star and that's being generous! Thank you Amisha for being amazing! I love my teacher planner that you were able to create correctly for me!

Martin the print manager is very rude and disrespectful. When I complained about using the computers how it charged for time I used trying to get help, His reply was they are rental computers We are not even aloud to help. He argued with me instead of trying to help me.. in the end I demanded my money back and he said he would only reimburse my time not the sheet printed even though the other associate ruined it..
Ridiculous service ?
