Came in to look at upgrading to a new phone. Nick and Fardeen at the bell kiosk were very helpful and helped walk me through my options. Will be coming back.

This store is under staffed, I had to wait very long to talk to someone and after 15 minutes waiting, the printer I wanted to buy was out of stock. I was extremely disappointed and not happy at all. The printer is on display and if it is out of stock, they should not put it on display. Very poor customer service and very poor management.

I came into use the scanners and paid for enough time to scan a small pile of documents. Right at the start the scanner had an error code for a jam from a previous user which took me a minute to figure out. I tried to reach a staff member but all were busy with customers and I had to solve the issue myself. By the time I got this resolved the time I had paid for did not allow for the full scan and the rental time expired. I paid again to retrieve what had already been scanned and the documents were wiped clean with no ability to retrieve them. So in the end I paid to clear the jam on their machines and get nothing. I complained and two women were so condescending, speaking to me like I was an 5 year old child being scolded, and that it was my fault for not heeding the time limit. A girl with multi coloured hair agreed after I pressed further, that she would refund $2.70 against my $6.00 payment to do nothing but unjam their machines and net zero of what I came I had come in for. Do I need the $6? No! It’s the principle! Staples is willing to condescend to their customers and lose future business for $6 when the refund would have been totally justified? Clearly the company is struggling to stay afloat and now I can see why. I did what others suggested here and went to UPS and scanned without the hassle I had at Staples. This experience turned me off so badly that I’d happily pay more elsewhere than go back again. So bye Staples. You’re one customer closer to your bankruptcy filing.

I can't believe how little photo paper all the Staples have in stocks. Prices are high and one teller at 3 we visited same day. Really going down hill this business is. Bank st store near the glebe makes you scan you phone for parking. No Bueno, will never shop there again.

Recently went to get ink for my printer and ended up talking to Dashy at the Bell kiosk. Was telling him about need to upgrade my son’s phone and plan. He was absolutely outstanding and was able to get me exactly what we needed and a fantastic plan to boot. Staples is beyond lucky to have an employee like him. He is kind, professional and knows his stuff. A++++

Remy and Fortune at the printing section are the best. I had to print some documents and had trouble with the online printing - they were amazing with helping me. And just seeing how they interact with the customers, they really give a personal connection in a company as big as Staples

In order to make copies they require you to make an pre-authorized payment. I allowed for 5 dollars but only used .80. A week later the 5 dollar pre-authorized payment is still charge on my credit card as well as the. 80 I used. I went in store with my receipt to ask for them to refund the unused 5 dollar and the lady rudely said "nope, can't do that". so for 2 copies it cost me $5.80. This is anti-consumer and it's wrong. I will not be going back.

Went to buy a laptop, tried to arrive earlier but just made it before closing on a Sunday. Favour was very helpful and he even checked the back to see if they had a different colour in stock. Super nice guy!

We had a disappointing experience with the passport photos here. Ours came out underexposed, and when I mentioned that, the person helping us didn't know what to do, said that she had put the brightness on max already, and then refused to speak after that. We still paid for it, went to UPS to get photos taken again, and the service there was much better - properly exposed photos and friendly staff.

I'm extremely disappointed in the manager Rob at this store. As a firm believer in writing positive surveys for people, this one is perhaps is the worst, and most insulting customer services. I ever received by the Manager Rob at this location.As I approached the counter to get help with printing a module for my school, this man basically barked at me saying he couldn't print it today! All but 3 times. I just wanted help to print it at the self serve station, as my printer broke at home and I've never used the self serve. I'm kinda computer illiterate.He pointed as he stood behind his cash area to go over there, I asked if he could come over instead of yelling and help me. He's like just go there and start it up. I didn't even know where to start. I ask him and he said it's easy it's right infront on you. I said I think I need to prepay first he's like yes pay and then print. I had to ask again and again and he barked at me. I literally couldn't believe the behavior, yes behavior coming from a manager at this location. I ended up printing 1 page of 60 at a time.After I questioned his management and customer skills I told him, I would be speaking to his district manager. Not once did Rob come over and speak to me at all.I later found out after spending 2 hours there, that I could of printed them all? As my friend did through self printing. Very fast ???The way he treated me honestly was grounds of termination or a severe write up.This man, insulted, embarrassed and humiliated me infront of customers due to my disability towards electronics and navigating them. I never in my life, left a store so upset and it takes a lot to make me upset.Now on a good note , there's a employee there by the name of Lea that gave me outstanding service, 1 month prior. Exceptional customer service ?

Oliver at the Print Centre is awesome! I had trouble downloading a return document, but Oliver totally saved the day with his friendly and speedy help. He's definitely a pro at what he does, five stars for Oliver!
