“My experience at Enterprise Rent-a-Vehicle is always: Quick, easy, simple, and professional. I was not able to use a credit card (i was not aware of as a requirement) for a 20ft Truck and a manager was quickly able to accommodate me with a debit card machine instead. I was very appreciative for this. I have only used Enterprise for Vehicle Rental service and always will for the foreseeable future.”
“Fantastic experience with Penske Ottawa location. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed for our rental. We probably asked for 15 different accommodations to our reservation the two gentlemen at the front desk did everything in their power to deliver on every one. Also, they never once seemed annoyed with us, even when I know our requests were a bit much. They delivered on every front. This level customer service was what all Penske locations should strive for. I will 100% use Penske Ottawa truck rental for my future truck rental needs. :D”

“Super friendly service, they put our truck inside overnight before we picked it up so it was clean and warm. A newer model (only 40,000km!) and they did a full inspection before our 3,000+km journey.
They seemed to have a lot of selection available too, would recommend this location if you're anywhere close in Quebec or Ottawa area.”
“I did not receive an email/message instructions on how to self-return the truck and had to figure it out on my own. I figured it out and the self-return was pretty smooth and straight forward. I received a refund for extra miles that I already paid for after self-return. The overall experience was good.”

“Last Monday arrived on this area early on my reservation to pick up a truck. a reception guy (maybe the owner) told me we are not open yet?. I thought I need to wait for 30mins for the truck pick up since I'm too early. But that same guy on in the reception didn't let me wait and prepare the truck immediately. Very accommodating.
