“Our family has always had a positive experience at Access Storage on Highland Road in Kitchener, Ontario. The facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff are consistently professional and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our storage needs. We would highly recommend their service.”
“Very clean & secure, plus I love that it's a Canadian Company. The Woman Kathy I spoke to was very helpful & kind to make sure I didn't have a long walk to the storage unit.”
“I recently visited Access Storage to store my personal belongings, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the facility. Moving and storing items can often be a stressful and cluttered experience, but this location completely changes that narrative. From the moment you arrive, it is immediately obvious that this is a professionally managed operation.
The first thing that strikes you is the sheer size of the place. The facility is massive, yet incredibly well-organized. The layout is spacious, with wide corridors and loading areas that make maneuvering furniture or large boxes hassle-free. Unlike other cramped storage units I have seen where you feel like you are squeezing through a maze, this facility feels open and accessible. It made the physical act of moving my things in significantly easier than I anticipated.
Security was my top priority, and Access Storage definitely delivers on that front. The facility feels like a fortress in the best possible way. Between the gated access, the surveillance systems, and the general build quality of the units, I walked away feeling completely confident that my belongings were safe. It is clean, well-lit, and clearly maintained with a high attention to detail.
I will admit that the pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to some budget options out there. However, in the world of storage, you really do get what you pay for. If you are looking for the absolute cheapest option, this might not be it. But if you value security, cleanliness, and a stress-free environment for your possessions, the premium price is absolutely justified. It is a great place, and I would highly recommend Access Storage to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their things are in good hands.”
“I've used YouPackWeStore twice now for moving between student housing in Waterloo and highly recommend it. I honestly always dreaded moving before I found them, my previous building had multiple sets of stairs and no elevator yet they picked up and delivered my boxes right inside my room; I didn't have to lift anything and was genuinely amazed at how convenient the experience was, it took away all my hate for moving. They also deliver the supplies and pickup boxes right in the time window & were flexible the time I asked them to move my slot which was super helpful. Highly recommend them for a smooth moving experience without any lifting heavy boxes/commute.”
“Great storage facility. Super friendly staff. After signing up online I received a call from their office just saying hi and welcome. Clean and secure facilities.”
“Chantel and Alan were absolutely amazing and were a huge help in getting my storage unit setup and took the time to explain everything in great detail. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit”

“We are very happy with the service we have received. When we ordered the box in a panic as our renovations were starting and had been told we didn’t need to move our furniture the lady we dealt with made it possible that we got the box the next day. It was amazing. Today, I talked with Akash and he was very polite and helpful. As it’s Saturday, he explained that there is no-one to pick up on the weekends but would do his best to have it picked up on Monday which is wonderful. A great company to work with.”

“Amazing service by a family run shop just minutes from Kitchener. Super-friendly and accommodating. Needed a temp spot for my stuff and they were clean storage units and priced way better than any other storage spot. This is the spot for your storage needs in the Tri-cities and the surrounding area. An easy 5 stars as they hit every mark.”
