I have to agree with all these posts that say they’ve had the most AMAZING customer service! Stacy is the most kind, professional and accommodating person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In an emergency pinch she did everything she could to make arrangements for me, turning a dire situation into a pleasurable one. Her units are spotless, secure and accessible 12 months of the year, and more than fairly priced.I am most grateful for the phenomenal service I received, and hands down, 10/10 recommend! ☺️ Thank you, Stacy!

I highly recommend this storage service. I have experienced some of the best and most professional customer service in my entire life as a customer with Temiskaming Self Storage.The units and property are very clean and organized. The renting process was very easy and efficient to set up, and I was able to be accommodated on short notice for a moving emergency I had. The owner is fantastic to work with. Extremely polite and professional. Very understanding and responds to enquiries quickly.I am very pleased with not only how well I was treated, but also with the security and peace of mind I felt having my personal belongings stored here. With the property being gated and under surveillance I was not worried about my property at all.Pay rates are fair, and moving my stuff out of the rental unit was a smooth and easy process. Easily a 10/10 experience for me and one of the best businesses I have dealt with.
