“The guy who works here during the evenings (at least) is very nice, and is great. My friend’s kid and I usually shop here after getting wings on Mondays, and he’s always great to us.

I don’t go to this area otherwise, but it’s my favourite convenience store. The store is clean, well kept and well managed.”

“Nice convenience store with friendly staff. Also a bonus is that they serve many flavours of Kawartha Dairy ice cream, with generous scoops. Even if you don't need your typical convenience store items it will serve as a great neighbourhood ice cream shop. If you're using debit there is a small fee added to your total (was 15 cents for me). $1 per scoop.”

The Newcastle ONroute (Newcastle Travel center) is one of the last rest areas before passing Toronto, there is a Wendy's, a Tim Hortons, a Starbucks and a convenience store, perfect for taking a short coffee/meal break, to rest, or to go to the restroom before getting back on the road! There's parking for cars and one for trucks and coaches.

“I visit this location frequently. I usually see one employee (Jay Patel) who always greets his customers with a smile and a hello. Jay always offers his help if you are looking for something and can't find it. Great customer relations, Jay. Thank you!!?”

“No bad experiences, of the two Macks in town their slushy machine breaks down the least. Im not sure why they decided to use regular straws instead of the proper ones with the spoon end and why you have to pay first before you get your straw.”
