They smell heavenly AND they sound like crackling fire. SCORE!!! The staff there were also super helpful - I was looking for postcards. Two of the ladies jumped on suggestions and the young gal was quick to jump on her phone to google "what is a postcard?". THAT made my day. So cute.”

The staff have acted as therapists as well as pharmacists while our family navigated a couple very difficult mental health patients. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to your pharmacy team for the exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism they showed my mother on Tuesday June 30th 2026, during a very frightening medical situation.
Due to a black out, my mother attended the pharmacy when her blood pressure was dangerously high, and your team responded with such urgency, care, and calm professionalism. We are especially grateful that the pharmacist recognized how serious the situation was and made the decision to call an ambulance right away. In a moment that was incredibly overwhelming for our family, that quick action may have made all the difference.
What stood out just as much as the medical response was the kindness and humanity your team showed. Knowing that my mother was met with concern, dignity, and genuine care during such a vulnerable moment means more to us than words can fully express.
