“I needed an alternator for my truck and I called the Parts Source in Newmarket Ontario, store #764. They didn’t have it in stock and they had to order it from their warehouse in Barrie, arriving the next day. I had to attend the store to pay for it prior to the work order being submitted. I attended the store and Saeed told me that he had sent a driver to go and pick up the alternator and in a few minutes the driver would be back. Sure enough, in a few minutes the driver arrived with the alternator. I want to personally thank Saeed for taking that extra step which greatly helped me. You don’t find that level of customer service anywhere these days. Thanks again Saeed.”
