“I had a surprisingly great customer experience with Envirocar back in May this year. My car had a paint being peeled off in a few spots that Toyota covered under the warranty. They sent me to Envirocar for repainting those peeling parts and covered the costs. It also had a dent on the bumper which I asked Envirocar to just estimate while repainting and give me a call so that I would decide whether I want to do it or not. And to my great surprise they just fixed it for free for me. Great job Envirocar! Thank you very much!!!”

“I’ve been a customer of Carcone’s for more than 20 years and have brought several sets of wheels to them for refinishing over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience didn’t initially go as expected. After being told my rims were ready, I went to pick them up and discovered that the inside of one of the wheels had been badly scratched. Having just had the wheels refinished, it was understandably very disappointing. However, what could have remained a negative experience ultimately turned into a very positive one. Michael, the owner, and his team stepped up, listened to my concerns and took responsibility for making things right. They corrected the issue, made sure the rims were properly finished, and went above and beyond by arranging to have them delivered back to me. I’ve always believed that the true measure of a business isn’t whether something occasionally goes wrong — it’s how they respond when it does. Michael and his team demonstrated exactly that. They handled the situation professionally, stood behind their work and made sure that a long-time customer walked away feeling valued. After more than two decades of dealing with Carcone’s, I really appreciate the way this situation was handled. One disappointing experience certainly doesn’t erase many years of good ones, especially when a business is willing to step up and make things right. Thank you to Michael and the entire team for the professionalism, effort and first-class customer service. It was sincerely appreciated, and I’ll continue to trust Carcone’s with my wheels in the future.”

“I was very satisfied with my recent experience with Assured Aurora. The scope and timeline for my vehicle’s repair was communicated clearly with status updates throughout and the work was completed on time with results that exceeded my expectations. Kevin, Thomas and Chris were a pleasure to deal with, went FAR over and above in terms of service and turned the frustrating experience of being involved in an accident into a positive one. Thank you!”
