The pharmacists were kind, helpful and ensured that I could get my medication ASAP, even after they realized that they did not have something I needed in stock. They provided quick solutions and ensured that everything else I needed was prepared and in my hand as soon as possible.

“Everything is good about this pharmacy, they help a lot about the medicine, working hours cover the weekend and environment is great.
Cons is that they sound very rough on the phone, I called 2 times and they were like I should've not called.
Parking space is very unfair, you should pay $4 even if you want just to pick up your medicine, better to park nearby and walk 2 minutes to get here. This is one reason that they are moving to different location as you can see in the pictures.”

We get very fast service, help with billing (government and private insurance), advice on drugs and interactions, prescription renewals and Covid/flu vaccines. They offer the best personal service and advice of any drugstore we have ever used in the past. We highly recommend Mulock Pharmacy.”

“I left another shoppers to come to the one at upper Canada mall. Everyone is so kind, patient, and they make you feel acknowledged. They really go out of their way to help. I am staying put! I won’t mention the other store, but you were never acknowledged if they were maybe making a prescription and often made to feel like an inconvenience.”

“Friendly Staff, mostly everything is in stock, besides Diet Coke™ .... One thing they have been missing for their plant-based customers is Refrigerated Silk™ Dark Chocolate Almond Milk. They need to look into this as it flies off the shelf at every grocery store, but Shoppers Drug Mart™ only carries White Almond Milk.”
